Located in the Port Dalhousie - Ontario St area in St.Catharines
The Third Welland Canal entered in to the city via Port Dalhousie and weaved through the city. Locks 1, 2 and 4 are clearly visible, 3 and 5 while not visible you can tell where they are still to this day.
Lock One -- Port Dalhousie Harbour
Entering Port Dalhousie, from Lakeport Road, you drive past lock one of the Third Welland Canal. With the Henley Regatta on your left, look to the right as you cross the bridge and you will see it. Also in the area you will see a Lock Tender's Shack that still stands.

In addition to the lock, you can see the gears that were used to open and close the lock gates. There is also a weir in good condition and many bollards are in the area.
Lock Two -- Jaycee Park
Jaycee Park is located on Ontario Street. Within this park are locks two and three of the canal. Lock two is clearly visible at the back of the park and in the middle you will notice a rather large hill, this would be where lock three is buried.

Located in the park as well, next to the lock is an old weir. There are multiple bollards in the park where the old ships would tie up. The next two pictures are remains of a towpath and the last picture shows another plaque for the Third Welland Canal.
Lock Three -- Jaycee Park
Lock Three is not easily recognizeable as it is buried at the present time, however upon your drive in you will notice a rather long odd shaped hill covered in trees. Yes, this is where Lock Three is buried.
Here are some pictures of where Lock Three is located.
Lock Four -- Retirement Home
Across the street from Jaycee Park, there is a retirement home for seniors. The remains for lock four are behind it. If you go to view the remains, please be courteous as this is people's homes and you should treat them and their property with the utmost respect.
